weekend chefs...

what did we make this time??? Well.. to start off, we had some les petite toasts with some brie topped off with grilled red peppers and tomatoes. A salad on the side and a main course which comprised of... a Cajun crusted broiled salmon on a bed of toasted pine nut couscous, sauteed mushroom and onion and a fresh mozarella-tomato salad with some olive oil and fresh basil!~!~!~ Thanks to Scottie... we finished off our early dinner with 4 choices of yummy creamy cheesecake... there was strawberry cream, double chocolate, peanut butter and a chocolate fudge one....
