Saturday... we stayed over with Jeff at his cozy cottage right by the Chesapeake Bay... it was a 45 minute drive outside DC.. so again... I had better thank Jeff a lot for everything.. thanks Jeff!~!~ Lookie here... Mary sitting in front of the fireplace warming herself... doesn't she look absolutely radiant?!

After the conference and checking out of the State Plaza Hotel we were staying at.... Mary's other friend.. Jeff came to meet us and we went to Dinner... he brought us to this lovely Chophouse with its own micro-brewery... yummm.... thanks for a lovely dinner Jeff!~!~

Presentation over.. thank goodness... I survived and I know that Mary did extremely well.. so proud of her and the rest of the UB gang... proud of myself for surviving through it!~! We got to see more of DC in the bright clear day... a good things too... so what do we do?? Take lotsa pictures of course...

made the best of H2O...

Even though the weather was a little off.. we managed to get around the GWU campus surrounding and had a late lunch at this Seafood place. After checking in at the conference... we stayed on for the opening remarks and the little reception that followed.

A little after 10pm... Mary and I met up with her friend Adrian, he brought his other friend Anthony and the four of us went out. Both Adrian and Anthony were great fun.... thanks to you guys for showing us around town and dancing away!~!~

I know for a fact that I had a lotta fun dancing at this place.. called H20 where Adrian and Anthony brought us to.. and it was appropriately situated by DC's waterfront.. we were in line for about 15 minutes before we got into H2O. Imagine this... four enourmous dance floor.. first, the mainstream pop-ish kinda music going on... moving on, a Salsa dance floor, next, a live Latin music band and the place was soo packed... last, our destination.. the last dance floor/section.. HiP Hop.. music you can really groove to. Hahah... listen to me talk!~ We had a blast and wished we could stay on longer.. but number #1 priority.. presentation the next day!~!~

Friday, November 12th.. Mary and I left around noon for DC.. we were both presenting with others from UB at GWU at the regional CIES conference... unfortunately.. we left sunny beautiful Buffalo for rainy DC. Oh the aGonY!~! But we got each other.. thank goodness for that!

So what have I been up to? Well.. next to getting some some of my presentation stuff together.. I was running around doing errands for school, work and home stuff. AaArrghh.. the crazy cycles of the work days... but.. I MUST.. I MUST update you all on my weekend away from Buffalo!~!~

cooL packaging...

I was running around today from one Target to another Target store bearing in mind that maybe... all you gamers would go to the BIG retail electronic store to get them games.. but NO!~!~ All the Target stores were out of the version of HALO 2 which Pete prefered to have. So, I ended up buying and returning the regular HALO 2 and ended up at the Best Buy store by Niagara Falls boulevard to get the right edition. And at this store, they stil have a a few of them lurking around. Well.. at least a nice, cute enough young college looking employee was helping me out. I was too lazy running to the back of the store to get it. How pathetic was I !~!~ So lovie... its OFFICIAL.. got them HALO 2 - collectors edition for you... enjoY!~!~ *muaks... now don't play too hard and forget about me!~!~

it's official.. the Incredibles were awesome!~!~ Once again.. everyone wants to be a SUperhero or be in a superhero family after watching it. I wonder what powers I would want to have? Elastigirl? Invisible daughter? Fast running speed-devil son...

*sigh... I wish I have the super power to.... finish ALL my assignments and presentations!~!~

sUper heRoes - Incredibles

So.. after Alfie.. Sharon & I were planning to jump movie theater to catch the Incredibles.. but, seeing that I miss my Boo (you silly wabbit... PETER!).. we will all go see the Incredibles tomorrow with the rest of the family, neighbor and whoever else is going... so, after work for Sharon tomorrow.. me driving us down to Henrietta...pronto! Mathew messaged me a few minutes ago and said that it's a must see... Pixar's greatest work by far.... and seeing that he is the great graphic artist and all... when he said it's good.. it is REALLY GOOD!~!~ miss you Matt!~

Jude "Alfie" Law...

Sharon & I went to see Alfie... it's Jude Law for Christ's sake... and you have got to see Jude Law for the heck of it!~! ANyways... it was fast, upbeat and funny at the start ... it was... interesting.. heck!~!~ I got to see Susan Sarandon and she looked great at her age!~!~

Guess who came to visit last night?? Auntie Barb & Uncle Dan.. yay!~!~ I don't remember the last time they both saw me and Sharon at the same time.. must be way back in Penang or KL :)
